4. RPG Maker 2000 1.07b patch V2 (8k) by PhoenixX_2
   What will this do?
   -Changed all character sets. This fixes the problems non-English people were having with the first patch.
   -Changed all the texts in the event editor. They are now more English than before.
   -Made the Show Message dialog larger, so you can fit RM2k codes.
   -Show Message dialog now uses Fixedsys font instead of Terminal font, which fixes a few bugs.
   Fixes - Version 1
   -Totally remade the Show Message dialog. It now uses mono-spaced font, and the "lines" are positionned properly.
   -Changed the font size in the Event Editor, for map events, battle events and common events.
